Freight Charges

Freight charges are not included in our price list. We will add a relevant freight charge to your order. If you require a quote for freight before we send your order please email us.

Freight charges are calculated subject to the destination, weight and/or cubic size of your parcel(s).

Customers within Australia –

We offer you a choice of delivery methods – Standard Australia Post, Express Post or Courier Service.

Customers outside Australia (International) –

Freight charges are calculated subject to the method of transport (air or sea), destination, weight and/or cubic size of your parcel(s).


Delivery Time

We prioritise the processing of our orders according to the time & date we receive them. Therefore, during peak times there may be minor delays to our standard turnaround time. If this is the case, we will give you an indication of this at the time of placing your order.

Customers within Australia –

As a general rule we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 7 working days of receiving your order & payment. Delivery time to you will depend on the selected method of transport and your location. If you do not receive your goods within the time we estimate, please contact immediately so we are able to track your parcel.

Customers outside Australia (international) –

Export orders require special attention. We will always aim to meet your requirements for delivery. At the time of ordering, we will provide freight quotations and estimated time for delivery.


Refund & Return Policy

We stand by the products we sell. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please contact us immediately and prior to returning the products for refund or exchange. Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided. If you find a discrepancy please report it to us within 7 working days of receiving your goods.


Back Orders

If we are unable to complete your order due to a product shortage, you will be contacted within two days of placing your order to arrange alternate arrangements.
